Why it matters
Great photos are wasted if guests can't find them
Photos a week too late
When the gallery arrives, the conversation about your event is over.
Nobody finds themselves
A folder of thousands of photos gets opened once, then forgotten.
Your brand isn't on it
Shared photos rarely carry the event, the sponsor or the venue.
How an event runs
Set it up before. Forget about it after.

Questions
Organisers ask
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code or tap the link, sign in with Google or email, take a selfie and see their photos in the browser.
Can our photographer upload during the event?
Yes. Photos appear for attendees as they're uploaded, from a laptop or straight from the camera over FTP.
Can attendees download for free?
You choose for each event. Make downloads free as a gift to attendees, or paid to cover the photography.
Is it private?
In privacy mode each attendee sees only the photos they're in; the full albums open only with the event PIN. Selfies are used only inside your event, and attendees can delete them at any time.
Can we share the QR code before the photos are ready?
Yes. Attendees who scan early leave their email, and they're told by email as soon as the gallery goes live.
Can the gallery match our event branding?
Yes. Your colours and cover on the event page, and a logo stamped on every photo, so every shared photo carries your event.
