How it works
Choose the folder once. Export as usual.
- 1
Choose your export folder
In your dashboard, open the album, press Auto-upload and pick the folder Lightroom exports to. Once.
- 2
Export as usual
Lightroom saves your finished photos into that folder, like today. Nothing else to click.
- 3
Guests find their photos
Each photo is in the gallery seconds later, and every guest's selfie finds them in it.

Export JPEGs and choose the folder.
Adobe Photoshop
Save or export JPEGs into the folder.

Edited again?
The same photo updates
Re-edit a photo and export it over the old file: the gallery replaces it in place. No second copy, and your client's picks and notes stay on it.

Albums, sorted
A folder inside is its own album
Export into Haldi, Mehndi or Wedding inside your export folder, and each goes to the album with that name, made for you if it is new.
Time saved
No upload step after each export
A wedding is exported in many rounds: every round used to need its own upload.
Every export, until now
- 1Export from Lightroom
- 2Open FindMyPhotos and the album
- 3Press Upload and pick the photos
- 4Confirm, then wait for it
- 5Edited again? Delete the old photo, upload the new one
With auto-upload
- 1Export from Lightroom
- 2That's it. Photos edited again replace themselves too.
Safe by design
It only adds, never loses
- Never sends a photo that is still being exported or copied
- Deleting a file from the folder deletes nothing from the gallery
- Photos already in the album are never added twice
- Stops at your plan's limit, never past it
- Pause or stop it any time
What you need
A browser you already have
- Chrome or Edge on a Windows or Mac computer
- The FindMyPhotos tab open: it can sit behind Lightroom
- Any FindMyPhotos plan
Questions
Lightroom auto-upload: questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Auto-upload runs in Chrome or Edge on your computer. You choose the folder once, and it uploads while the FindMyPhotos tab is open.
Which software works with it?
Any program that saves JPG, PNG or WebP photos into a folder: Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One and others. You can also copy photos from a memory card into the folder.
What happens when I edit a photo again?
Export it over the old file (in Lightroom Classic: Existing Files, Overwrite WITHOUT WARNING). The gallery replaces that photo in place: no second copy, and your client's picks and notes stay on it.
If I delete a photo from the folder, is it deleted from the gallery?
No. Auto-upload only adds and updates photos. To remove a photo from the gallery, delete it in your dashboard.
Can one folder fill several albums?
Yes. Photos in the folder go to the album you started from, and a folder inside it (Haldi, Mehndi, Wedding) goes to the album with its name, made for you if it is new.
Do I have to keep the browser open?
Yes, the FindMyPhotos tab has to stay open, but it can sit behind Lightroom. If you close it, press Continue when you are back and the photos exported meanwhile go up.
Do RAW files upload?
No. Export JPEGs (or PNG or WebP): those are what your guests see.
Which browsers and computers does it work on?
Chrome or Edge on a Windows or Mac computer. Firefox, Safari, iPhone and iPad do not support it.
Do these uploads count towards my plan?
Yes, like any upload, and they never go past it: when your plan is full, auto-upload pauses.
Export. Done.
