4. What FindMyPhotos.ai Does
FindMyPhotos.ai is an event photo discovery, gallery delivery, and photo monetisation platform. The Platform allows photographers, event organisers, and approved vendors to create event galleries, upload event photos, share gallery links or QR codes, allow attendees to browse galleries, allow attendees to use optional selfie search, apply watermarks, enable paid watermark removal, and view gallery, storage, event and earnings information where available.
The Platform is not a general social network, open public image marketplace, identity verification service, surveillance service, legal compliance service, or professional safeguarding service.
5. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including photographers, event organisers, vendors and agencies, account holders, attendees, gallery visitors, people using selfie search, people purchasing watermark removal or downloads, people appearing in uploaded photos, and people submitting report, removal or blur requests.
6. Account Eligibility, Registration and Security
To create a photographer, organiser, vendor, or commercial account, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
If you create an account on behalf of a business, organisation, school, venue, agency or event company, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that organisation and accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, all activity under your account, ensuring only authorised people access your account, notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access, and ensuring your account settings, event settings, access controls and payment settings are correct.
7. Subscription Plans
FindMyPhotos.ai may offer subscription plans for photographers, organisers, vendors, businesses, agencies or other commercial users. Subscription plans may include limits or features relating to storage allowance, event galleries, uploaded photos, watermark monetisation, watermark pricing control, gallery branding, analytics, team access, exports, support level, access controls, API access, enterprise features and other functionality described at purchase.
Subscription plan names, prices, features and limits may change from time to time. The features available to you depend on the plan selected, any trial applied, and any additional written terms agreed with us.
8. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial for certain users or plans. A free trial may be subject to a limited period, storage limits, feature limits, platform-controlled watermark pricing, limited analytics, restricted branding options, restricted team access, restricted support and other restrictions shown at sign-up.
If a user selects a paid plan directly, the user should be taken through the paid subscription journey for that selected plan. A free trial should not be inserted into the paid-plan journey unless clearly disclosed and accepted by the user.
Where card details are collected for a free trial, the payment page must clearly explain whether the user will be charged after the trial ends, which paid plan will apply, when billing will begin, and how to cancel before being charged.
9. Paid Plan Selection
When you select a paid plan, you are choosing the plan, features, storage level, billing cycle and price displayed at the time of purchase. If you click a specific paid plan from a pricing page, checkout page or package selection flow, the purchase journey should remain connected to that selected plan.
During first-time plan selection, wording should accurately reflect the user action. Where a user is choosing a first paid plan, the Platform should use wording such as “Select Plan”, “Continue with This Plan”, or “Subscribe”, rather than “Upgrade”, unless the user is genuinely upgrading from an existing plan.
10. Billing, Renewals and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly, yearly, or on another billing cycle shown at checkout. Outside India, by purchasing a subscription you authorise us and/or our payment provider to charge the applicable fees at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. In India, plans are paid in advance for each billing cycle and do not renew automatically.
If payment fails, we may retry payment, notify you, restrict paid features, prevent new uploads, downgrade your account, suspend your account, or delete/archive content after notice, subject to our data retention rules.
Cancellation stops future billing. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.
11. Storage Limits and Storage Mode
Subscription plans may include a storage allowance. Storage may be calculated based on original uploaded file size, compressed file size, processed gallery file size, stored display version, stored downloadable version, or another method disclosed by the Platform.
Where the Platform allows a user to choose between original-resolution storage and compressed/social-quality storage, the selected storage mode may affect quality, file size, storage usage and download suitability. If a storage mode is selected for a subscription period, the Platform may lock that mode for the current subscription period or until the next permitted plan change.
If you exceed your storage limit, we may notify you, prevent additional uploads, ask you to delete content, ask you to upgrade your plan, charge overage fees where clearly disclosed, or apply other account restrictions shown in your plan terms.
12. Photographer, Organiser and Vendor Responsibilities
If you upload photos, create galleries, manage galleries, invite attendees, or enable downloads, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful and appropriate.
you have the rights, permissions, consent, lawful basis, licence or authority needed to upload photos to the Platform;
you have the rights, permissions, consent, lawful basis, licence or authority needed to share those photos with attendees or gallery visitors;
you have the right to monetise photos where paid watermark removal or paid downloads are enabled;
the information you provide about the event, gallery, access mode and photos is accurate;
you will not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, private, stolen or unauthorised images;
you will not upload images in a way that breaches privacy, safeguarding, intellectual property, contract, venue, school, client or event rules;
you will choose appropriate gallery access settings based on the event type and sensitivity;
you will respond reasonably to privacy, removal or dispute issues involving your galleries; and
you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry obligations.
FindMyPhotos.ai is entitled to rely on the information and confirmations provided by uploaders and gallery owners.
13. Uploaded Photos and Platform Licence
Uploaded photos may show identifiable people, including attendees, staff, performers, children, guests, customers, private individuals, or other people who may not have created an account with FindMyPhotos.ai.
By uploading photos, you grant FindMyPhotos.ai a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, watermark, optimise, resize, compress, make searchable, match within the relevant gallery, distribute, make available, and otherwise use the uploaded photos as necessary to operate the Platform and provide the services you request.
This licence includes the right to use trusted service providers, processors, hosting services, content delivery networks, AI/image-processing services, payment providers and other technical partners where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform. This licence does not transfer ownership of uploaded photos to FindMyPhotos.ai.
You remain responsible for the photos you upload and the consequences of making them available through the Platform.
14. AI Model Training Position
Unless we clearly state otherwise and obtain any required permission or consent, FindMyPhotos.ai does not use uploaded selfies to train AI models. Uploaded event photos are not used to train general AI models unless this is separately disclosed, agreed and legally permitted. Selfie Search is designed for event-specific matching, not for building a permanent biometric database.
15. Event Gallery Access Settings
Gallery owners may be able to choose from different access settings depending on the plan and features available. Access may include public gallery access, private link access, event PIN or code access, QR code access, invite-only access, organiser-approved access, attendee-specific links, category-based access, restricted group access, or other controls supported by the Platform.
The gallery owner is responsible for choosing the correct access setting for the event. FindMyPhotos.ai may apply default access settings, warnings, or restrictions for privacy-sensitive event categories, but the gallery owner remains responsible for reviewing and confirming that the chosen access setting is appropriate.
16. Privacy-Sensitive Events
Some events involve a higher level of privacy sensitivity, including weddings, school events, children’s events, religious events, VIP events, corporate/private restricted events, healthcare-related events, private family events, closed community events, and any event where public access may create privacy, safety or reputational risk.
For privacy-sensitive events, the Platform may recommend, require or automatically enable stronger access controls, such as event PINs, restricted links or organiser-approved access. The gallery owner must not make a privacy-sensitive gallery publicly accessible unless they have carefully assessed the risks and have the necessary rights, permissions, consent, lawful basis or authority to do so.
We may restrict, hide, suspend, disable downloads for, or remove any gallery where we believe there is a privacy, safeguarding, misuse, legal or platform integrity concern.
17. School Events and Children’s Photos
Where a gallery contains images of children or relates to a school, nursery, youth group, children’s sports event, or similar setting, the gallery owner must take extra care and should use restricted access, such as event PIN, private invite link, or organiser-approved access unless there is a clearly lawful and appropriate reason not to do so.
you have authority to upload and share the images;
you have complied with the relevant school, parent, guardian, organiser, venue or safeguarding requirements;
you have selected suitable access controls;
you have not made children’s photos publicly accessible without appropriate authority;
you will respond promptly to removal or restriction requests involving children; and
you will comply with applicable data protection, safeguarding, privacy and child protection requirements.
FindMyPhotos.ai may apply stricter controls to school or children-related galleries and may remove, restrict or suspend such galleries at its discretion.
18. Attendee Gallery Access
Attendees may access galleries using links, QR codes, PINs, invitations, organiser-approved access routes, or other methods. Access to a gallery does not automatically mean you have permission to copy, scrape, misuse, redistribute, commercially exploit, or publicly republish the photos in that gallery.
access galleries you are not authorised to access;
share private gallery links or PINs with unauthorised people;
use photos in a way that harasses, exploits, humiliates, threatens, or harms anyone;
scrape, download or copy images except through permitted Platform features;
remove watermarks except through authorised purchase or unlock methods;
bypass access controls;
attempt to reverse engineer gallery systems;
submit false reports; or
use the Platform unlawfully.
19. Optional Selfie Search
Selfie Search is optional. You do not have to upload a selfie to access an event gallery. If you do not want to use Selfie Search, you may browse the gallery manually or use other available access methods, such as event links, PIN codes, categories, direct share links, or organiser-approved access routes.
Selfie Search is designed to help you find photos in a selected event gallery that may include you. It is not guaranteed to find every image of you, and it may return inaccurate, partial, or similar-looking matches.
20. Consent for Selfie Search
Before using Selfie Search, you may be asked to provide explicit consent for the Platform to process your selfie and facial image data for the sole purpose of finding photos in the selected event gallery.
The Platform may use wording similar to: “I explicitly consent to FindMyPhotos.ai processing my selfie and facial biometric data for the sole purpose of finding photos of me in this event gallery. I understand this is optional and that I can search manually instead.”
If you do not consent, you must not use Selfie Search. You may continue to browse the gallery manually where you are otherwise authorised to access it. You must only upload your own selfie, unless you have clear authority to upload the image on behalf of another person, such as a child in your care or another person who has authorised you to do so.
21. Selfie Search Limitations and Data Handling
Selfie Search may not be accurate, complete or error-free. It may miss photos that include you, show photos of people who look similar to you, return partial or low-confidence matches, fail where images are unclear, or produce different results depending on photo quality, gallery size and matching conditions.
Selfie Search may involve temporary processing of your selfie, facial image data, matching templates, embeddings, cache files and technical search data. Unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy, uploaded selfies and temporary biometric matching data are deleted as soon as the selfie search is complete, and in all cases within 12 hours.
FindMyPhotos.ai does not use Selfie Search to create a permanent biometric database. We do not use uploaded selfies to identify you across unrelated events. We do not use uploaded selfies for advertising, unrelated profiling, or unrelated analytics.
22. Watermark Removal and Paid Downloads
Paid watermark removal is automatically enabled by default on event galleries/campaigns, subject to the customer package, platform configuration, legal restrictions, event restrictions, payment availability, and any admin or compliance action that may disable or restrict downloads.
Where Watermark Removal is enabled, attendees may be offered one or more purchase options, including a single photo unlock, 5-photo package, 15-photo package, full gallery unlock, matched-photo package, high-resolution download, event-specific package, or other options made available at checkout.
The price, package, licence and download rules will be shown before purchase. Watermark Removal does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer unless expressly stated. It usually grants a limited licence to access or download the relevant photo for the permitted use shown at checkout or in these Terms.
23. Package-Dependent Watermark Pricing
For Free Trial, Starter and Professional plans, FindMyPhotos.ai may set and control the Watermark Removal prices, including the available purchase packages and default unlock values. Gallery owners on these plans may not be able to customise attendee unlock pricing unless the Platform expressly allows it.
For Business and Enterprise plans, the gallery owner may be allowed to set their own Watermark Removal prices, subject to minimum prices, maximum prices, platform fees, payment processing rules, refund rules, legal restrictions, territory rules and any limits shown in the account or plan terms.
Pricing may vary by event, gallery, subscription plan, territory, package, currency, or feature.
24. Personal-Use Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, unlocked or downloaded photos are provided for personal use only. Personal use may include saving the photo for personal memories, sharing with friends or family, posting to personal social media accounts, and printing for personal, non-commercial use.
Personal use does not include resale, commercial advertising, brand promotion, paid marketing campaigns, merchandise production, claiming ownership of the photo, licensing the photo to others, using the photo in a harmful, defamatory, illegal, exploitative or misleading way, or removing copyright notices or rights information where present.
If you require commercial use rights, you must obtain express written permission from the rights holder, photographer, organiser, vendor or other authorised party.
25. Buyer Confirmation for Downloads
Before purchasing or downloading certain photos, you may be asked to confirm: “I confirm I am authorised to access this event gallery and will use downloaded images responsibly, for personal use, while respecting the privacy of people shown.”
By purchasing or downloading a photo, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
26. Digital Content Cancellation Acknowledgement
Where a photo unlock, watermark removal, or download provides immediate access to digital content, the checkout flow may require you to acknowledge that you want access to begin immediately and that your cancellation rights may be affected once the digital content has been supplied. This acknowledgement should be clearly displayed before purchase where required by law.
27. Platform Fees and Revenue Share
Where paid Watermark Removal, photo unlocks or downloads are enabled, FindMyPhotos.ai may deduct a platform fee, payment processing fee, service fee, tax, refund, chargeback, or other applicable amount before calculating any amount payable to the gallery owner.
The exact fee structure may vary by plan, territory, event, package, customer type, or commercial agreement. Gallery owners are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing and fee information before enabling or using monetisation.
Unless separately agreed in writing, FindMyPhotos.ai may change its platform fee structure on notice to affected users.
28. Earnings Dashboard and Payouts
Where available, the Platform may show gallery owners earnings and performance information, including event revenue, watermark unlocks, downloads, gross revenue, platform fees, payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, net earnings, pending balances, paid-out balances, subscription status, storage usage and analytics.
Dashboard data is provided for convenience and may be subject to delays, corrections, payment processor updates, refunds, chargebacks, tax adjustments or reconciliation.
Where gallery owners are entitled to receive earnings from paid downloads, payouts may be handled through a payment provider, connected account, bank transfer, manual payout, or other method supported by the Platform. Payouts may be subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, tax information requirements, payment provider checks, refund windows, chargeback risk, fraud prevention checks, account review, territory restrictions, sanctions checks, bank processing times and applicable fees.
We may delay, withhold, reverse, or refuse payouts where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these Terms, fraud risk, legal risk, unresolved dispute, privacy concern, refund issue, chargeback issue, or payment provider restriction.
29. Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may consider refund requests at our discretion where there has been a technical issue, billing error, duplicate charge, mistaken charge, or exceptional circumstance. Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
30. Refunds for Watermark Removal and Downloads
Because Watermark Removal and digital downloads may provide immediate access to digital content, refunds may be limited once the photo has been unlocked, accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be considered where the buyer was charged incorrectly, the download failed due to a platform error, the wrong photo was supplied due to a technical issue, duplicate payment occurred, a privacy or removal issue requires review, or FindMyPhotos.ai decides a refund is appropriate.
Refunds may be refused where the buyer changed their mind after access was provided, downloaded the photo successfully, selected the wrong photo without platform error, misused the gallery, breached these Terms, or made an abusive, fraudulent or unreasonable refund request.
Where a refund, chargeback or reversal relates to a gallery owner’s photo, event or transaction, we may deduct or reverse the corresponding amount from the gallery owner’s current or future earnings, subject to applicable law and payment provider rules.
31. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or refunded, we may reverse the related unlock, deduct the amount from gallery owner earnings, withhold future payouts, charge applicable dispute fees, suspend the buyer or gallery owner account, request evidence, cooperate with the payment provider, and take other reasonable steps to protect the Platform.
32. Reports, Removal Requests and Blur Requests
If you appear in a photo and believe it should not be available, or if you believe a photo breaches privacy, safety, copyright, safeguarding, platform rules or another legal right, you may submit a report, removal request, or blur request where available.
A report or request may require your contact details, event or gallery reference, photo reference, reason for request, supporting information, and any other information reasonably needed to review the issue.
After receiving a report, we may temporarily hide the photo, restrict downloads, disable Watermark Removal, notify the gallery owner, request more information, blur the image where supported, remove the image, restore the image, suspend the gallery, suspend the account, or take no action if the report is not valid.
We are not required to remove every reported photo automatically, but we may take immediate temporary action where we believe there is privacy, safety, legal, safeguarding, or platform risk. We aim to review urgent privacy-sensitive reports reasonably promptly, but review times may vary depending on complexity, evidence, risk, and operational availability.
33. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe a photo or other content on the Platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may contact us with your name and contact details, details of the work you claim is infringed, the relevant event/gallery/photo reference, your relationship to the work, evidence of ownership or authority, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.
We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content where we reasonably believe it infringes intellectual property rights or creates legal risk.
34. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not upload, share, sell, unlock, distribute, access or use content that is unlawful, stolen, unauthorised, infringing, privacy-breaching, exploitative, abusive, harmful to children, non-consensual intimate content, harassing, discriminatory, malicious, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
You must not misuse the Platform, bypass access controls, scrape or mass-download photos without permission, remove watermarks without payment or authorisation, use bots or scripts without permission, interfere with security, gain unauthorised access, submit fraudulent payments or chargebacks, use the Platform to stalk or harm anyone, resell access without permission, misuse attendee data, reverse engineer the Platform, overload the Platform, or use the Platform for surveillance or unlawful identification.
35. Platform Moderation and Enforcement
We may monitor, investigate, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, galleries, photos, downloads, or features where we believe there is breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, privacy risk, safeguarding risk, security risk, payment risk, fraud risk, intellectual property risk, misuse of selfie search, misuse of watermark downloads, repeated reports, unauthorised upload activity, abusive behaviour, or risk to the Platform, users, attendees, or third parties.
Enforcement actions may include warnings, hiding a photo, disabling downloads, disabling Watermark Removal, restricting a gallery, removing a gallery, suspending an account, terminating an account, withholding payouts, reversing unlocks, blocking access, preserving evidence, or reporting to authorities where required.
36. Admin Access and Audit Logs
Authorised members of our team may access account, gallery, photo, payment, report and technical information where necessary to provide support, investigate reports, resolve disputes, process refunds, prevent fraud, manage security, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, review privacy-sensitive galleries, maintain the Platform, or protect users and third parties. Admin actions may be logged for security, accountability, audit and compliance purposes.
37. Data Protection and Privacy
Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including account data, gallery data, uploaded photos, selfie search data, payment records, access logs, consent logs, report records and technical data.
If you are a photographer, organiser, vendor or gallery owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your collection, upload, sharing and monetisation of photos complies with applicable data protection, privacy and image-rights laws.
Depending on the circumstances, FindMyPhotos.ai may act as an independent controller for certain platform activities, such as account management, payments, security, selfie search, reports and platform administration. In some cases, we may process gallery content on behalf of photographers, organisers or vendors who decide what photos to upload, who can access them, and how the gallery is used. Business and enterprise customers may require a separate Data Processing Agreement.
38. Third-Party Services
The Platform may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, cloud storage providers, analytics providers, email and notification providers, AI or image-processing providers, fraud prevention services, customer support tools, identity or verification providers, content delivery networks and other technical service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, although we aim to use reputable providers and appropriate contractual safeguards where required. Your use of third-party payment, billing, or connected account services may be subject to additional third-party terms.
39. Availability, Beta Features and Platform Changes
We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access. We may modify, suspend, replace, update, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including features, pricing, plan structures, storage limits, gallery tools, selfie search, watermark monetisation, analytics, payment flows, access settings, dashboard tools and integrations.
Some features may be released as beta, trial, experimental, early access, or limited availability features. Beta features may contain errors, produce inaccurate results, change without notice, be withdrawn, be limited to certain users, be subject to additional terms, or not be suitable for critical workflows.
40. AI and Automated Processing
The Platform may use AI, computer vision, image processing, or automated systems to support photo discovery, selfie search, image matching, gallery organisation, moderation support, analytics and technical optimisation. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable in some cases. You should not rely solely on AI results where legal, safeguarding, commercial, or privacy-sensitive decisions are involved.
41. Intellectual Property of the Platform
FindMyPhotos.ai owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, branding, logos, workflows, systems, interfaces, AI tools, algorithms, databases, templates, documentation and platform content, except for uploaded photos or content owned by users or third parties. You must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, exploit, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.
42. Publicity and Case Studies
We may identify business users as customers of FindMyPhotos.ai only where permitted by law, contract, or consent. We will not use private galleries, attendee images, sensitive event photos, school photos, or privacy-sensitive event examples in marketing without appropriate permission.
43. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on the checkout page, user location and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or reporting obligations that apply to your use of the Platform, subscriptions, purchases, or earnings. Gallery owners receiving payouts are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on their earnings.
44. Territory and International Use
FindMyPhotos.ai may operate across multiple territories. Features, pricing, payment methods, watermark monetisation, payout availability, legal notices and access settings may vary by country where expressly configured or legally required. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location and the location of the relevant event, attendees, customers and gallery subjects.
45. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, all photos will upload successfully, galleries will always load without delay, selfie search will identify every relevant photo, selfie search results will be accurate, watermark removal will be error-free, all downloads will be uninterrupted, storage calculations will always be instant, earnings dashboards will always be real-time, third-party services will always operate correctly, or the Platform will meet every business, legal, privacy or compliance requirement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
46. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindMyPhotos.ai will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, unauthorised user uploads, misuse of photos by attendees or third parties, incorrect gallery access settings chosen by gallery owners, failure by gallery owners to obtain permissions, attendee misuse of downloaded photos, payment provider delays, chargebacks, third-party service failures, AI matching errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where we are liable, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount paid by you to FindMyPhotos.ai in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
47. Indemnity
If you are a photographer, organiser, vendor, business user, or gallery owner, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMyPhotos.ai against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from photos you upload, galleries you create, failure to obtain rights or permissions, monetisation of photos, access settings, breach of privacy/intellectual property/safeguarding/consumer/data protection obligations, misuse of attendee data, disputes with third parties, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of the Platform.
48. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create legal/privacy/safety/security risk, upload prohibited content, misuse selfie search, misuse watermark downloads, submit fraudulent payment activity, repeatedly receive valid reports, interfere with Platform operations, breach third-party rights, or where required by law or payment providers.
Upon termination, we may restrict access to your account, galleries, photos, dashboards, earnings, or downloads. Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably continue, including payment obligations, licence restrictions, indemnities, privacy obligations, intellectual property restrictions and liability limitations.
49. Account Closure and Data Deletion
You may request account closure, subject to any outstanding legal, payment, tax, dispute, security, or compliance requirements. After account closure, we may delete, archive, anonymise, or retain certain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, payment records, audit needs, fraud prevention, dispute handling and platform integrity requirements. Gallery owners should download or export any required content before account closure where export tools are available.
50. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users, such as by email, dashboard notice, website notice or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
51. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Surat, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
