Operator: MajesticAI, trading as FindMyPhotos.ai
1. Purpose of this Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through FindMyPhotos.ai, including watermark removal, photo unlocks, digital downloads, gallery packages, subscription plans, and other paid digital features.
FindMyPhotos.ai provides digital products and online platform services. We do not currently ship physical goods.
2. Digital photo purchases are generally non-refundable
When you purchase watermark removal, unlock a photo, purchase a photo package, purchase a full gallery unlock, or download a digital image, you are receiving immediate access to digital content.
Because digital images can be unlocked, viewed, saved, copied, accessed, or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital photo purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided, the watermark has been removed, the image has been made available, or the image has been downloaded.
This includes:
- single photo unlocks
- multi-photo unlock packages
- full gallery unlocks
- watermark removal purchases
- high-resolution digital downloads
- other digital photo access purchases
3. Required checkout acknowledgement
Before completing a digital photo purchase, the buyer should be required to confirm the following statement:
"I understand that I am purchasing immediate access to digital content. I agree that the watermark removal, unlock, access or download will begin immediately after purchase, and I acknowledge that I may lose my right to cancel once access is provided."
The same information should be included in the post-purchase confirmation, receipt, or email confirmation so the customer has a durable record of the contract information.
4. When a refund may be considered
Although digital photo purchases are generally non-refundable, we may consider a refund at our discretion in limited circumstances, including where:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error;
- payment was taken but the image was not unlocked or made available;
- the file could not be downloaded because of a platform fault;
- the wrong image was supplied because of a technical error by the platform;
- the purchase was made fraudulently or without your authorisation;
- we are legally required to provide a refund;
- we remove the image for privacy, rights, safeguarding or legal reasons before you have had reasonable access to it;
- another exceptional issue occurs and we decide that a refund, partial refund, credit or replacement access is appropriate.
We may ask for evidence before approving a refund request.
5. When refunds will usually not be given
Refunds will usually not be given where:
- the image has already been successfully unlocked, viewed, accessed, made available or downloaded;
- you changed your mind after purchase;
- you selected the wrong image;
- you no longer want the photo;
- you do not like how you look in the photo;
- you bought a package but did not use all available downloads;
- you shared your access link, code, account, device or purchase access with someone else;
- your device, browser, internet connection or storage caused the issue;
- you breached our Terms and Conditions;
- the refund request is abusive, fraudulent, dishonest, excessive or unreasonable.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription fees for photographers, event organisers, vendors, agencies, or business users are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
You may cancel your subscription to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid.
We may consider subscription refunds at our discretion where:
- you were charged after cancelling correctly;
- you were charged twice due to a technical error;
- the wrong plan was charged because of a platform fault;
- we are legally required to provide a refund;
- exceptional circumstances apply.
7. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, the trial terms shown at sign-up will apply.
If card details are required for a trial, the sign-up or checkout flow should clearly explain:
- whether the user will be charged after the trial;
- when the charge will happen;
- which paid plan will apply;
- how to cancel before being charged;
- whether a card verification payment or authorisation is taken and refunded.
8. Refunds and removed photos
If a photo is removed after purchase due to a privacy, rights, safety, safeguarding or legal concern, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
A refund is not automatic if the buyer has already accessed, viewed, unlocked or downloaded the image. However, we may offer a refund, partial refund, replacement access, credit or another remedy where we consider it fair or legally required.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital content, we may provide evidence to the payment provider showing that the digital product was unlocked, accessed, viewed, made available or downloaded.
We may suspend accounts, restrict future purchases, reverse access, withhold payouts, or take further action where chargebacks are abusive, fraudulent, dishonest or inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
