Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 5-day free trial. In India no card is needed and nothing is charged (the trial uploads up to 5 GB, or 100 photos on a photo-count plan); elsewhere you confirm a card to start it, and the plan you chose begins when the trial ends.
Does my plan renew automatically?
In India, no: you pay once for each period by card, UPI, net banking or wallet, and renew with one payment (we remind you before it ends). Elsewhere, plans renew automatically on your card, and you can switch renewal off any time.
Photo count or storage: which should I choose?
Most photographers choose photo count: you pay by the number of photos, so you get the most photos for your money, each one sharp and high quality. Choose a storage plan if you must deliver every original file exactly as it came off the camera.
Can I change my plan later?
You can move up to a bigger plan at any time. A smaller plan, or a switch between photo-count and storage plans, starts at your next renewal, so you never lose what you already paid for.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Uploads stop at the limit: nothing beyond your plan is ever stored. Upgrade to keep uploading.
Do guests pay anything?
Not for free events. In a paid event guests pay only for the photos they unlock, and you receive 70% of each sale after payment-gateway fees.
Which currency are the prices in?
Plans are listed in Indian rupees, including GST. Outside India? Contact us and we'll share pricing in your currency.
